My day to day work was animating, illustrating and photography. I also taughts students and conducted workshops. I illustrated a third children’s book for “Connecting Tanzania” about Hamisi, a little lizard learning and growing up in Lake Tanganyika.
I made art since the 1960s. As a teen, I painted for friends and business office spaces by doing murals on their walls. In college I studied fine art including filmmaking, photography, printmaking and sculpture. For most of my life, I worked as a professional animator, illustrator and photographer for myself and other filmmakers, publishers and authors, educators, physicians, manufacturers and publicists.
